Luke 17:11-21
Miracles often unfold in the midst of the ordinary, but the true miracle lies in our hearts being opened to see God at work. This week’s sermon invites us to recognize the transformative power of gratitude; it shifts our perspective and opens our eyes to the miraculous. Theologically, we are invited to see every moment as infused with the sacred. Psychologically, we are called to cultivate a sense of awe, and shift from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance. By creating space for gratitude, we begin to see God’s miracles already unfolding in the mundane and extraordinary alike.
