A good life is a frame of mind.  Rejoice always. Be gentle. Don’t worry.  Prayers should be focused on thanks!  It is peace that guards us not fear and violence. Let your mind be filled with truth (rather than focused on finding lies).  Let your thoughts be about the noble, the pure, the lovely, the admirable. Perhaps our very words and framework for our speech is what is creating such unhappiness in our world and in ourselves.  Maybe we actually talk ourselves into a good life!  Maybe our speech into action, the Word made flesh!, is precisely the incarnation you and I need to cultivate a good life.  Amidst life's chaos, Paul's words offer a balm, guiding us towards inner peace. This sermon explores the path of gratitude, mindfulness, and unwavering faith. By turning our thoughts to what is pure, lovely, and admirable, we nurture a heart and mind at peace. Learn how to cultivate a personal sanctuary within, grounded in the Divine's comforting presence, where worry is replaced by gratitude, and anxiety gives way to the transcendent peace that surpasses all understanding.
