Do you build up the people around your or chip away at them? Do people consider their relationship with you to be more precious that riches? Are you productive? Are you creative? Are you patient? Are you persistent? Do you have resiliency? Do you have wisdom? Now, ask those questions of the closest relationships in your life - are they building you up or chipping away at you?
