Grace grew up in Sycamore, Illinois and later graduated from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where her love for creativity and community really took root. Her journey has woven through children’s camp leadership and Christian publishing—experiences that deepened her desire to help others encounter God’s love in distinct and meaningful ways. As a lifelong reader and writer, Grace believes in the importance of storytelling, both in listening to the stories of others and in sharing your own. This passion has led her to writing a blog titled Out With a Lantern, where she explores the connections and coincidences between literature and life.
Now serving as Communications and Events Associate, she’s excited to help the church tell its story and create welcoming moments for the community. And being named Grace while working at Grace Presbyterian, she's fully convinced that God not only has a good plan, but a sense of humor within it all.
