We share the gospel and we share ourselves! Do you know what made the early church so effective? It cared for the widow. It cared for the orphan. In a society that was every person for themselves, the early church created a community of grace, a covenant of belonging, connections of inclusions. If we want the church to mean something in our society, we have to care!
