Children's Ministry
Vision – Guiding our children to live their faith, not just learn it.
Mission – Hand in hand with parents, our mission is to integrate Bible stories with fun interactive activities to help our children take ownership of their faith journey and spiritual growth. We want to build excitement each week, leading to cumulative sharing of all we learned with the church body so that the energy and excitement is contagious and we are all truly doing the work Jesus called us to do!
Children PreK – 5th grade are invited to participate in Grace Kids’ Ministry classes on Sunday mornings after the Grace Blessing. The Sunday school lessons are during both church services. After the service is over, you can pick your child up at the Sunday School room down the hall.
The Nursery is available for children 5 and under every Sunday.
With an emphasis on being an intergenerational church, Grace has created prayer partners with the older generation and the children of Grace. Each older person has a child they do special prayers with, do some activities with, send cards or take to Breakfast with Santa. It helps to bridge the gap between the generations and increase the communication between young and old.
Children’s Ministry is looking for a team of dedicated and enthusiastic people to be a part of a volunteer team. The team helps with Sunday School during both services. Each person part of the team can choose how much they want to volunteer (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly).
