BETWEEN partners with Grace

A New Experience

Join Our Digital Ministry Today!

What Is BETWEEN?

BETWEEN is a global, digital, highly inclusive ministry of Grace Presbyterian Church -- it is all about how we can help heal a lonely and divided world by focusing on the sacred space between ourselves and the next person we encounter. BETWEEN is a new kind of faith community — focused on the intersection of your faith and human connection. We reach thousands of people all over the globe.

Here are the three ways we encourage every member of Grace to participate...

1. SIGN UP FOR THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Click here to start getting notifications about the weekly 5(ish)-minute sermons, to learn about new podcast episodes, to be invited into the global Facebook community, and to be connected to all the ways BETWEEN is spreading sacred human connection around the world.

2. GATHER FOR AN IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE

A BETWEEN Group happens when people gather to discuss the important stuff of life at the intersection of their own faith and human connection. Anyone can organize and facilitate a BETWEEN Group.  Including you. No training or permission is necessary. Click here to learn more about starting a BETWEEN Group.

Why Is Grace Partnering with BETWEEN?

BETWEEN provides multiple benefits for partner churches.

  1. Digital ministry must be more than live-streaming Sunday services. We are creating a new way to provide weekly digital content for our congregants and others.
  2. Our progressive and inclusive faith message deserves to touch more hearts than just the people who can show up locally. We are creating an opportunity to give our message a global footprint.
  3. Our congregants can grow and stretch their own faith formation through a more diverse community. We are welcoming in more voices and and life experiences for our current local congregants to connect with spiritually.

BETWEEN

Today I Pray For You

BETWEEN & TODAY I PRAY are on a mission to build a community of sacred connection. We dream of inspiring millions of people to live as though God is always right in the middle of our conversations and interactions. We’re all invited to create holy spaces anywhere. In every moment of human connection we can worship. Our everyday conversations should become cathedrals of connection. Our family dinners, coffee shop chats, and small talk in line at the grocery store become opportunities to commune with each other and with the power of the universe.

BETWEEN is a digital faith community creating sacred human connection. BETWEEN can be your “extra'' church experience. We envision creating the most open church on earth. It’s simple as we launch it… sign up for weekly 5 minute sermons and inspiring messages to improve your social connections. It all gets delivered via email, YouTube, and social media. What it could grow into is limitless. We’re excited to help people deepen their connections and find the divine in the space between them in normal everyday interactions. That’s where the “church” lives. Jesus said, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” (Matthew 18:20 NIV) That’s our theology.

Today I Pray For You

BETWEEN is run by the Today I Pray project. Today I Pray was initially created by Matt Mattson, a local Colorado friend, and a member of Columbine United Church. You can learn about Today I Pray by searching for @todayiprayforyou on social media or visiting www.todayiprayforyou.com.

Three local Colorado congregations are partnering in the initial launch of this project: Columbine United Church, Grace Presbyterian Church, and New Hope Presbyterian Church.
