Shaped By Wilderness
Much of who we are is shaped by the wilderness. Jesus finds his sense of call in the wilderness, as his ministry becomes defined by what he resists: hunger (feeding the hungry) and power (finding power in servanthood). So also the wilderness shapes us and defines us and brings with it a deep sense of call, purpose, and mission. Scripture: Matthew 4:1-11
