Hearing Loop System Installed

Hearing loop logoGrace Presbyterian Church, through our new Hearing Loop System, has taken the lead in providing hearing assistance to its members and visitors who need assistance.  To access this system your hearing aid must have a T-coil installed.  The loop creates a magnetic field that is picked up by the T-coil in the hearing aid which is converted to audible sound sent from the amplifier.  Hearing loops take the desired speech signal straight from the basic source (the microphone) and broadcast directly to the listener’s hearing aid(s).  The signal at the listener’s ears is free from distance issues, reverberation and ambient noise interference.  A hearing loop delivers “customized” sound – sound that is programmed in light of a specific individual’s hearing loss.
